These single sessions are for individuals who have already completed an Adapted T’ai Chi course as part of the Living Well Programme to continue with practice they had on the course. There is no need to book.
The session will consist of slow gentle exercises and mindful movement. Focus will be on learning to improve your mind and body posture with emphasis on body awareness, coordination, flexibility and balance. It is suitable for those who wish to complete movements in standing or sitting.
Participants will need to complete an exercise questionnaire prior to the first session only and should arrive by 3.15pm for the first session. The questionnaire can be downloaded by clicking this link: Tai Chi Exercise Questionnaire.
Participants will be given an exercise passport which they need to bring with them to each session.
