These single sessions are for individuals who have already completed an Adapted T’ai Chi course as part of the Living Well Programme to continue with practice they had on the course.
The course will consist of slow gentle exercises and mindful movement. Focus will be on learning to improve your mind and body posture with emphasis on body awareness, coordination, flexibility and balance. It is suitable for those who wish to complete movements in standing or sitting.
Participants will need to complete an exercise questionnaire which can be downloaded via our website prior to the session and should arrive by 3.15pm.
