These courses may interest those involved in patients with end of life and palliative care needs, the frail, the elderly and those experiencing any kind of loss.
An Introduction to Listening Skills in the Palliative Care Setting:

This is a 1 day course, which can be a stand-alone study day, or introduction to the three day Intermediate Listening Skills in the palliative care setting course.

The day interweaves three key aspects

  • dealing with sensitive subjects, especially of death and dying
  • increasing self awareness
  • honing communication skills
  • Please note that references to end of life and bereavement experiences will occur during these courses.
