As we all continue to play our part in the fight against Covid-19 it’s so important that we look after our mental and physical health too. We know how hard it is to stay motivated during this time, so we’re challenging our supporters to get messy this March by taking part in their very own rainbow paint run!
Choose a distance of 5K or 10K to run, walk or jog in your brightest, most colourful gear! You can go solo or team up with your household or support bubble; the decision is yours.
It’s free to sign up and you will receive your very own Messy March pack including throwing paint, funky glasses and a sweet treat ready for your colourful celebration at the finish line! All we ask is that you please raise much as possible for our care during this difficult time.
