Farewill

Free Online Will-Writing Service

We are delighted to offer our supporters a free online Will (worth £90) in partnership with Farewill.

Complete your Will by following the easy step by step instructions in as little as 15 minutes. If you need any help, there is live chat and phone support from 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week. Once you’ve finished, one of Farewill’s Will Specialists will check it over within 5 working days. If they have any questions they will contact, you right away.

Once your Will is ready, you can download, print and sign it with two witnesses to make it legal.

This offer includes 12 months of free unlimited updates. After this, there is an optional charge of £10 per year for updates (Farewill will take your card details) but you can opt-out at any time.

To claim your free Will, simply complete the form by clicking on the blue button below. Once you have registered, you will be emailed a link to get started.

Under our partnership with Farewills’ free Will writing service, you won’t be charged, but the hope is that you’ll include a gift in your Will to benefit St Richard’s Hospice. However, you’re under no obligation to do so.

Each Will written by Farewill costs the hospice £45 and there is an option, if you wish, to cover this with a donation during the registration process, but, again, you are under no obligation to do so.

This service is not suitable for you if have overseas assets or live outside of England and Wales. If you are unsure which option is best for you, we would always recommend you consult a solicitor.

If you would like to create a Will for a couple it is advised you go through the process twice creating a Will for each individual. Farewill allows two people to complete wills with identical wishes if they’d like, but with the added flexibility to leave personal messages and funeral wishes if they choose.

If you have any questions and would like to talk to someone about your will and leaving us a gift, please feel free to call the fundraising team on 01905 763 963 or email appeals@strichards.org.uk

Gifts in Wills are absolutely vital to the care we provide; 1 out of every 7 patients’ care is paid for through these significant, thoughtful gifts. These gifts mean that we can plan and build on our services to reach more local people in the future.
