Hours: 15 hours per week worked over two days across the week.

Salary: £19,305 – £19,998 FTE
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Assistant Manager working at our Droitwich shop. The post holder will play a key role working closely with the Shop Manager in all aspects of the running a thriving and busy charity shop.
Key duties and responsibilities will include managing our wonderful team of volunteers for the store and also recruiting and training new volunteers, managing stock levels, sorting and pricing donations, merchandising and cash and record keeping.
Experience and knowledge of the retail trade is essential for this role, experience of second-hand clothing, books and bric-a brac is desirable for this role whilst previous experience within the charity sector environment would be an advantage.
