10am – 1pm
Course Lead: Andy Schwab, Specialist Palliative Care Social Worker
Death, dying and bereavement is a subject that many find challenging to think or talk about. The complexities and distress caused can be perceived in a very different way for Autistic people and provide a very different experience.
This session will provide an introduction to Autistic Spectrum Conditions and how the Autistic experience may differ when applied to death, dying and bereavement.
Refreshments will be provided.
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds unless we can fill cancelled places with another delegate.
