For the day

Individuals can come to the Living Well centre one day a week on a 4 to 12 week therapeutic programme, designed to support physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. This programme is for people with a serious progressive illness and is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10.30 and 3pm.

Our aim is to promote independence, confidence and quality of life.

On offer is: medical advice; nursing services including symptom management; psychological support; physio, occupational, complementary and creative therapies; spiritual support, hair and nail care, jacuzzi bath, referral to other hospice services.

With regular attendance our team is able to monitor any changes in treatments, symptoms or concerns and will work closely with general practitioners.

Transport is available thanks to our team of volunteer drivers.

Referral: Ask a health care professional to refer you to the Living Well Centre by contacting our referral Gateway Team on 01905 763963.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

During this challenging time, we are doing our utmost to continue caring for the patients and loved ones who need us most.

The way we work has been adapted, with many of our services delivered remotely – such as over the phone, or by video call. And we are working closely with other health care professionals in Worcestershire to share knowledge and expertise at this time.
