to a virtual model, with support offered using technology.
The Living Well Centre team provides a wide variety of virtual services via telephone or video calls.
Their core vision is to enable our patients and their families to live well, have a good quality of life, and feel empowered.
Any support can be tailored to an individual’s needs and will be discussed with a member of the team.
