St Richard’s Hospice was delighted to welcome Worcester MP Robin Walker to plant a Rowan tree sapling on Friday, 2nd November.
Mr Walker presented hospice Chief Executive June Patel and Chairman John Bawden with the sapling, before potting it in the greenhouse where it will be nurtured before it’s ready to be planted out.
The donation was part of the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy tree giveaway – which will see millions of trees planted across the UK.
