Adapted Tai Chi

Tai Chi exercises combine deep breathing and relaxation with slow, gentle movements.

The exercises are recognised as being good for stress, breathing, blood pressure, balance, and general health.

This six-week course, currently delivered by video call due to the pandemic, is suitable for all conditions and the exercises can be adapted to meet individual needs. It is just one way of keeping active.
