This shop is open  Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 4.30pm (closing at 4pm on Thursdays)

We are accepting donations on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only between 10am and 3pm. The shop remains open to customers.

This donation station is now full and has closed. It will reopen on Tuesday, 22nd September and Wednesday, 23rd September from 10am to 3pm or until the donation station is full.

Due to the limited capacity we advise you to ring the shop on 01386 556903 on a Wednesday before setting off to check there is still room to accept donations. Please do not leave donations outside this shop.

Please note: Dates and times are subject to change, dependent on the volume of donations received. We can accept books, limited to a maximum of three boxes per donation. Boxes should be easy to handle, and weigh no more than 8kg.

Information on donating

We are asking donors to give good quality, re-saleable items.

  • To meet infection control guidelines donors will be asked to place items directly into a container or hospice van where they can remain for 72 hours before handling.
  • Donations must not be taken into the shop.
  • All donations must be in a sealed bag (e.g. tied at the top), or a box – ideally with a lid to enable stacking.
  • Please ensure boxes of donations are of a manageable size, and weigh no more than 8kg.
  • If you are donating individual items, please make sure they are appropriately wrapped and not loose.
  • If you gift aid goods, please obtain labels from the shop and attach to your donations.
  • We will do our best to accept your donations but once the container is full, you will need to return the following week. Thank you for your understanding.

Furniture collections

We are able to collect donations of furniture, but not other items at this time. Please do not bring furniture to our shops or donation stations. If you wish to have an item of furniture collected, please follow this link to fill out an online form.

Find out more information about our other shops here. Thank you for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.

  • Pershore has two shops side by side.  A standard fashion retail charity shop sits next door to a bric-a-brac shop which at last count had nearly 18,000 items on display.  It’s a perfect place to find a replacement glass or find and complete a full set of crockery ranging from a general domestic dinner set to high end Royal Worcester.
  • If you have recently visited one of our shops we should be grateful if you would complete our short customer service survey, thank you.
