Louise Hewett, founder and Managing Director of Hewett Recruitment has been a huge advocate of the hospice for many years and, since being awarded Worcestershire Business Woman of the Year in 2000, has supported the hospice on many of their annual projects including the annual Worcester Full and Half Marathon and the Midnight Walk including raising £30,000 for the hospice to celebrate her 25th year in business.
Louise Hewett is a past Chairman of the Worcestershire Ambassadors and is also involved actively with many other charitable projects across the county including holding the post of Director & Trustee for the Warriors Community Foundation and a previous Trustee for the Worcestershire Community Foundation.
Louise is well known in her industry and is a Director for the recruitment industry’s national body the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, is patron of the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce and Fellow of the University of Worcester.
Louise received the Pride of Worcestershire Award for her contributions to the community and charitable work in 2010.
