We may not be able to see most of our patients face to face right now, but we're creating a real online community to help our patients live well and improve their quality of life. 👍
Our virtual social groups are a great way for patients to keep in touch, have fun and do something they enjoy from the comfort of their own homes.
Nature therapy sessions help people connect with the natural world and includes topics such as gardening hints and tips, natural craft ideas, and activities to relax you like listening to bird song. 🌸🐥 The relaxation drop in helps patients understand techniques to be used in everyday living; the art club focuses on themes and simple creativity with no art experience needed and readers can join the Love Books session. 📚
So if you are already being supported by St Richard's or know someone who is and would like to get involved with our social groups, just go online bit.ly/2BxHVq1 and find when and how! We're regularly adding more social groups so please check the website for updates.
We've also got some great activities and interesting reads in our themed resources pages, with ideas for creative projects, exercises, challenges, book and film recommendations, jokes to keep us smiling - and more! Visit our website to discover them for yourself bit.ly/2O1JsXM...
