If you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us via email at to arrange a refund or replacement goods. If your order isn’t what you expected or doesn’t fit your requirements, please call us to discuss.
We will dispatch your order within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) of placing your order, using a 48hr tracked courier service. You will be emailed confirmation of despatch from St Richard’s and a tracking email direct from the courier. All orders are handled by our Fundraising Team. If you have chosen to collect your order from the hospice (where applicable), we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. If part of your order isn’t available at the time of ordering, we will by default hold your order until it is all available. We will contact you in this instance to let you know an estimated delivery date.
