With a heavy heart, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our book and media store in Malvern Link, along with all 18 other shops and our warehouse in Worcestershire. This is to protect staff, volunteers, donors and customers from the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
We have the most fantastic support from the people of Worcestershire and we very much look forward to welcoming everyone back when the government advises it is safe to open our doors once again.
In the mean-time, we are kindly asking our supporters not to leave donations outside our shops. We are also suspending all furniture and other donation collections for the time being.
You can read our full statement here. Thank you for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.
At the Malvern book & media store we carry stock of around 8,000-10,000 good quality items, including books, dvds, cds and vinyl. We have an extensive range of fiction and children’s books alongside a wide variety of non-fiction and rare books. There are particularly good selections of poetry and plays, and currently we have some lovely folio editions in stock. A great place to browse with knowledgeable staff to help you out.
We gratefully welcome donations of books, cds and dvds that are in good, clean and saleable condition. However, we are not able to take encyclopaedia sets (unless pre-1914).
If you have recently visited one of our shops we should be grateful if you would complete our short customer service survey, thank you.

CLOSED MONDAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Tuesday to Saturday 9.30 – 4.30pm
During this challenging time, we are doing our utmost to continue caring for the patients and loved ones who need us most.
The way we work has been adapted, with many of our services delivered remotely – such as over the phone, or by video call. And we are working closely with other health care professionals in Worcestershire to share knowledge and expertise at this time.
