Circuit class

Using equipment in our physiotherapy gym, this course includes a series of exercises which focus on improving strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness.

The course runs weekly for six sessions and up to four people can take part at a time. Sessions are led by a St Richard’s physiotherapist and take place on Fridays between 10.30am and 11.30am.

Every person who takes part in this course will be assessed by a physiotherapist before the sessions begin.
