We are all unique with different experiences, likes and dislikes. In this workshop we will explore a different topic each month, working individually and collaboratively to ascertain what makes us who we are.
This workshop will be based on the four domains of occupation: doing, being, becoming and belonging. Each session will include the opportunity to reflect, share stories and create.
The topics may also act as a journal prompt for those wishing to work individually throughout the month.
This is a 90 minute session from 2pm to 3.30pm for patients supported by St Richard’s Hospice. It will be held in person in the welcoming surroundings of the hospice’s Living Well Centre.
