The role
St Richard’s Hospice is seeking a committed and motivated Part-Time Driver to join our team, supporting the collection and delivery of donated goods across Worcestershire. Based at our Leigh Sinton warehouse, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing our customer service by helping extend our operations into the weekend.
By ensuring smooth and timely collections and deliveries, you’ll directly help us raise vital funds to support our patient services. Join a passionate team and be part of a charity that makes a real difference in the lives of those with serious progressive illnesses.
About you
You will have experience of commercial driving and or experience of a customer facing role. You will have a good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items of stock.
You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with an approachable manner, communicating daily with customers and colleagues.
You will need to be available both Saturday’s and Sunday’s and there will be the opportunity to work extra hours in the week. You will need to be over the age of 25 for this driving role for insurance purposes.
