An interactive and engaging workshop using the SNOWDROP mnemonic to promote person centred communication covering:
- SNOWDROP framework (Sensitivity, Non-verbal, Open-mindedness, Words, De-escalate, Reflect, Organise, Pause)
- Body language and emotional regulation
- Role play observation
- Opportunity to practice using the framework model
Applicable across clinical and non-clinical settings, this workshop improves your day-to-day communication with patients, families, and colleagues.

Our courses and workshops take place in our hospice building in Worcester (unless an alternative venue has been confirmed by our team). A peaceful retreat, with free wi-fi and on-site parking, St Richard’s Hospice is based in Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT, opposite the Worcester Woods Country Park.
