Calm Creations

Join us for our first ever Calm Creations session where we will be exploring this month’s theme of holidays, and the medium of pastels.

This free-form session is built on the idea of occupational flow or being immersed in activity.

No previous art or craft experience is required, all levels and abilities are welcome. The session is about being present in the now with others and enjoying the creative process.

This is a 90-minute session from 11am to 12.30pm for patients supported by St Richard’s Hospice. It will be held in person in the welcoming surroundings of the hospice’s Living Well Centre.
