Adapted seated tai chi

Tai chi exercises combine deep breathing and relaxation with slow, gentle movements.

These exercises are recognised as being good for stress, breathing, blood pressure, balance and general health.

The course is suitable for all conditions and the exercises can be adapted to meet individual needs. It is just one way of keeping active.

This course begins on Thursday, 5 June 2025, 10.30am to 11.15am, running for six weeks.
