If fitness hasn’t been front of mind lately, how about joining us for #FitForFeb where you can support your wellbeing and our care at the same time?
We’re inviting you to walk, jog, run or cycle at least 28km in February and to match each kilometre with a £1 donation towards our care.
Maybe you could walk a kilometre a day or perhaps you’d like to challenge yourself to complete six 5km runs over the course of the month?
How ever you get #FitForFeb, and whatever you raise for St Richard’s, you’ll be making a difference. For example, a donation of £23.20 could fund a specialist physio and therapists to run an hour virtual session for patients on managing pain at home.
It’s free to sign-up and all those who complete 28km, accompanied by a donation of £28 within the 28 days of February, will receive a St Richard’s t-shirt and #FitForFeb certificate.
