Worcester Lakeside Triathlon

This challenge is organised by Worcester Tri Club
Worcester Tri Club proudly presents the Worcester Lakeside Triathlon to be held on Sunday, 5 May 2024.
- There will be two events, a sprint and a double.
- The sprint consists of a 750m open water swim, 30km bike and a 5km run.
- The double consists of a 1500m Open Water Swim, 60km Bike and 10km Run.
- The swim is within the freshwater lake. One lap for the sprint, two for the double.
The cycle route is made up of a mixture of undulating and twisting roads round the Worcestershire lanes with some flat areas, fast descents and some tougher rolling roads especially the climb out of Great Witley. One lap for the sprint, two for the double.
The Run is held on farm tracks, paths and fields round the campus, with two laps for the sprint, four laps of the course for the double.

As in previous years, the WTC are supporting St Richard’s Hospice, by donating 10% of all registration fees and asking participants to raise sponsorship monies.
