Shop volunteers are the friendly face of St Richard’s in the community.
They help our shops raise significant funds towards our care and are important ambassadors for our charity.
We are looking for volunteers to support our first superstore, which will open in Stourport’s Tannery Retail Park on Saturday, 5 July.

Volunteer roles and hours
Once the superstore is officially open, volunteer shifts will be available during its opening hours.
The superstore will be open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am and 4.30pm on Sundays.
We would be grateful for any support during these hours, and can be flexible to suit your schedule.
A variety of volunteer tasks are available in the superstore, depending on your interest and preference. They include:
- Serving on the till
- Sorting and preparing donated stock for sale, including steaming and labelling items
- Merchandising and rotating stock, creating eye-catching displays
- Processing and recording donations
- Assisting customers with queries
- Helping keep the superstore clean and tidy

About this shop
Based in Unit 3, Tannery Retail Park, Stourport, our first superstore will sell quality, preloved clothing, homeware, books, furniture and more.
A wealth of free parking is available right outside the store, which will also make it the perfect place to drop off donations once the store is open. Find out more information about this shop.
