Occupational therapy

Occupational therapy enables you to make the most of your independence and take part in everyday activities.

Following an assessment of your needs, we can give one-to-one advice and practical support to help manage symptoms such as anxiety, breathlessness, fatigue, pain and to help you to sleep.

We can also provide equipment and minor adaptations to help you take part in activities of daily living at home.

Occupational therapy is only available if you are a patient of the In-patient Unit or Living Well Services, otherwise our NHS colleagues should be able to assist you.
