Karl started his career as a prison librarian. He left offender learning behind to work as an additional learning support tutor for healthcare apprentices, before starting at St Richard’s in 2019.
Karl’s role involves collating and analysing data and using this to produce statistical reports.
In addition, Karl provides teaching support and contributes to the delivery of learning in non-clinical subjects.
He is the IT guru in the team and during the pandemic supported patients, families, and staff in accessing platforms such as zoom.
