Dan joined St Richard’s Hospice in 2000 after four years with St Michael’s Hospice, Hereford, as Shops Manager, where he developed their shops and fundraising.
Two years after joining St Richard’s, he was asked to join the Executive Team as the Shops and Commercial Director.
He has grown the operation from six shops with a turnover of 275k to 17 shops plus a small outlet in the hospice building and a warehouse to support the shops and develop further recycling and re-use projects.
