Fundraising Director Tricia Cavell has been in the charity sector for over 20 years and the hospice movement since 2001 having entered the profession from a career in banking and finance.
Tricia joined St Richard’s Hospice as Fundraising Manager at an exciting and challenging time with the need to grow hospice revenue income and awareness alongside the launch of a new hospice appeal. She was appointed to Fundraising Director in 2011.
Tricia is a member of the Institute of Fundraising (IofF) and has acted as a mentor for fundraisers in the South West Region of the IoF. She has spoken at national conferences on the competitive advantage that collaborative working can bring to hospice income generation.
Tricia has a Masters degree in Hospice Leadership.
