Andrew Phillips Funeral Services in Malvern Wells will be holding a fundraising car washing service on Saturday 11th July and Sunday 12th July in aid of St Richard’s Hospice.
Car owners are invited to come along to their offices in Wells Road, Malvern, between 11:00am and 4:00pm and get their car washed and waxed by the funeral service’s professional valets in return for a voluntary donation to the charity.
The event is expected to have a party atmosphere, with light refreshments and a BBQ also available. There will also be a raffle for boxed presentation sets of the Bullet Wax Kits used by the professional valets.
Andrew Phillips said; “As Funeral Directors we’re used to washing cars and so whether you just want a quick wash or a full wax we would like to invite people to pop down on the day and use our professional car washing service.
“St. Richard’s Hospice has always been a charity close to my heart. The hospice has cared for family friends during their illnesses and the care that was given was amazing. So many times we hear very moving stories about the professional and caring service given by St Richard’s to families. So it is with great privilege that we can do a little to support this important local charity.”
The event is being kindly supported by local businesses First Paige, Bullet Polish and Malvern Buffets.
