My Wednesday treat this week was a one hour aromatherapy massage, wonderful. I have really benefited form six sessions of massage.
It is relaxing and gives me pain relief across my back and shoulders. I get two nights deep sleep after these treatment sessions, all thanks to the wonderful team at the hospice.
Thank you one and all, especially the generous donors and great fundraisers who make it all possible. A great big thank you to you all.
In my next blog, I’ll share some of the art work I have been producing in the creative area, maybe the aromatherapy is releasing the creative juices in me.
