Cricket fans are being invited to enjoy Day 2 of the LV County Championship match on Wednesday 23rd September from the comfort of the St Richard’s Hospice hospitality marquee at Worcester’s New Road ground.
The local hospice is offering supporters a very special experience, including a pitch side view of the match between Worcestershire’s First Eleven team and Middlesex. Hospice guests will also be treated to delicious refreshments including a welcome tea or coffee, buffet lunch and afternoon cream tea.
Rachel Jones, Fundraising Manager at St Richard’s Hospice, said: “This promises to be a very enjoyable day, with great food, a great atmosphere and great cricket. Hopefully the weather will also be enjoyable and fans will be able to share the Worcestershire cricket team’s match success. Tickets are limited and so we would encourage people to book tickets soon to avoid disappointment.”
Tickets cost £45 per person and are available by contacting the hospice fundraising team on 01905 763963. For more information visit our Cricket Day event page.
The event is being kindly sponsored by Stirling House Financial Services. A charity auction will be kindly compered by Lance Turner, from property consultants Harris Lamb.
