The St Richard’s Hospice Autumn Golf Day takes place at Fulford Heath Golf Club, Birmingham, on Thursday, September 14.

Ria Simons, Corporate Fundraising Lead at St Richard’s Hospice, said: “This fun event is a regular fixture in our fundraising calendar, and it’s one we always look forward to.

“We’re excited to be holding this year’s Autumn Golf Day at a different club and can’t wait for a day of fundraising on the beautiful fairway at Fulford Heath

“As always, we are so grateful to our event sponsor, Hallmark Whatley Hulme, which supports this event every year.”

Julian Powell, Business Director at Hallmark Whatley Hulme, said: “We are proud to continue our support of St Richard’s Hospice and the Autumn Golf Day. We are looking forward to a new venue at Fulford Heath.”

Golfers will start their day with bacon rolls, tea and coffee before heading onto the course in teams of four to play an 18-hole competition. The event begins with a shotgun start at 1pm.

There will be prizes for the first three teams, plus nearest the pin, the longest drive and a twos competition.

The day will finish with a two-course dinner from 6.30pm, awards presentation, raffle and auction. Entry for a team of four costs £350.
