Andrea is an independent HR Consultant who runs her own HR business, Hands-on HR, which is based in Malvern.
An employment generalist, Andrea specialises in dealing with complex employment issues, such as business restructures, resolving disputes, mediation, and often gets invited to chair disciplinary and grievance hearings on an independent basis.
Andrea has been a Trustee since 2007 and with her background in Human Resources sits as Chair of the People Services Committee.
