Local residents can start the new year with a great prize – the chance to win a brand new car for just £2 in the St Richard’s Hospice raffle.
Ticket sales from the raffle to win the car will help raise funds to help St Richard’s provide compassionate care to patients living with life-limiting illnesses and support for their loved ones and carers.
One lucky winner will drive away with a brand new Mazda 2, in a colour of their choice. For the first time, the hospice is offering a second prize of £300 High Street vouchers and third prize of £150 Marks and Spencer vouchers.
Charlie Homer, St Richard’s Community Fundraiser said, “This is a great way to support the hospice and also be in with a chance to win a fantastic prize! Imagine hearing the news you have won a brand new car – if you buy a ticket that could be you! The raffle is very popular and last year raised more than £40,000 towards our care. We are hoping it will prove just as successful this year.”
The raffle is kindly sponsored by Edwards Motors, Worcester Racecourse, Karndean Design Flooring and Droitwich Print and Spa Design.

Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased from St Richard’s Hospice shops across the county; St Richard’s Hospice in Wildwood Drive, Worcester, at a variety of venues in the coming months or by telephoning the Fundraising Department on 01905 763963. The draw will take place at St Richard’s Hospice, Wildwood Drive, Worcester, at 2pm on 31st March, 2017.
