A Worcester firm is encouraging people to start the year by setting their financial and personal affairs in order by writing a Will.
mfg Solicitors LLP in The Tything, Worcester, are offering a special value Will writing service in February with all their fees being donated to St Richard’s Hospice.
A similar offer last year proved very popular as people took the opportunity to document their wishes in the event of their death. The fees to make a single Will are £85 or £135 for a double, with all fees donated by the solicitors to St Richard’s Hospice.
Amanda Piper, Legal Executive at mfg Solicitors LLP, said; “The promotion was a huge success last year, with many people being able to have their wills drafted and at the same time raising money to help St Richard’s continue to provide the specialist care that is so important to the Worcestershire area. If you don’t have a Will when you die, your money, property and possessions will be shared out according to the law instead of your wishes. By writing a Will you can ensure that they will be distributed in the way you want.”
