Allard has settled in Worcester since 2013 after a varied and international career in general business and eCommerce. In his current role he helps organisations in the European hospitality sector understand the latest market developments, distribution potential and online retailing strategies to meet fast changing user expectations.
Previously he gained broad managerial experience by working for international hotel organisations in Europe, Asia, America and Africa during a career spanning over 20 years.
He also worked as mentor and coach for a non-profit organization in Africa where he taught local students about the hotel business and helped create a new curriculum.
This broad experience is founded on a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in International Management and a Global MBA from Oxford Brookes University.
Apart from work Allard likes spending time with his wife and three daughters and enjoys leisure pursuits with the Worcester Triathlon club and playing the saxophone.
