We are excited to announce we plan to reopen all our shops from Monday, 12th April – subject to government guidelines! We can’t wait to safely welcome our customers, donors, volunteers and staff back in – we have missed you all.

- All our shops will accept donations from Thursday, 15th April, by appointment only
- Make your appointment by calling the shop you wish to donate to from the 12th April
- Donation stations will accept items again, on set days and times, from the week beginning 12th April. The donation stations are based at our warehouse, Malvern Link Department Store, and at our shops in Pershore and Evesham.

We are not yet accepting donations. Please do not leave items outside our shops, but save them for us once we reopen! Thank you for your support.
If you’d like to give an item of furniture, follow this link to arrange a collection. Please do not take furniture to a shop. Due to current lockdown restrictions and reduced staffing we are not able to collect furniture immediately. We would appreciate you holding onto items for the moment if possible, otherwise we will do our best to arrange staffing for collections when there are sufficient numbers of items in specific areas.
